South Yorkshire Police & South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue would like to take this opportunity to invite South Yorkshire residents to an event we are hosting called Wise Up.
The event will be held at Lifewise Centre Hellaby Rotherham S66 8LB on our purpose built fully interactive set https://www.lifewise999.co.uk/, which is just off Junction 1 of the M18 by car, and easily accessible by the X1 bus service if you have no access to a vehicle.
The last session of this year is Tuesday 22nd August 10:30am until 14:00pm (arriving at 10am)
The day will include important inputs from, South Yorkshire Police & South Yorkshire Fire Service. The subjects covered will be Doorstep Crime, Home Fire Safety, Fraud & Cyber Scams, Herbert Protocol & Drive Safe for older drivers. Each session will last 30 min with a break at 1200 for a 30 Min lunch. There will be an hour slot for the Cyber/Fraud input after lunch.
Tea and Coffee will be provided to all guests attending and you are welcome to bring a packed lunch, as there is no food available on site. Car parking is available, but this is limited, so please arrive in plenty of time should you require a space.
There is no cost to attend this event, but booking is essential as places are limited. All events will take place at Lifewise Centre, Hellaby, Rotherham.
The centre is fully accessible and all on one level, unfortunately we will not be providing transport or lunch for these events.
