Here at the Parish Council we operate a School Uniform swap shop. We have uniform available for collection for children 3 to 16 years, and items suitable for all schools within the Parish. Some is generic and could be worn at any school and some is branded with the logos from schools across the Parish. All items have been professionally laundered and are ready to go, some are worn but in good condition, some are nearly new and we even have brand new items still with tags.
So, if your little one has had a growth spurt please give us a call and let us help to alleviate some of the financial pressure this year. This is open to all of our Parish community; we want to help as many families as possible. There will be no awkward questions, or forms to fill in, we just need to know your child’s school and size and we will let you know what we have available. Then we will pop your chosen items together and leave them in the foyer of our building and you collect your items.
We are hoping that this will have an all-round benefit to our community, whether that be environmentally speaking through, ‘Reuse – Recycle – Reduce’ as well as financially for families who need our help now more than ever.
To find out if we have any items to suit your child’s age and school, either email emmacollins@ecclesfield-pc.gov.uk or call 0114 2845095.
Our Parish wide School Uniform Swap Shop is at Ecclesfield Parish Council Building in High Green, just on the corner as you turn down to Thorncliffe Leisure Centre.
