The Parish Council has received a Certificate of Appreciation from the board of Trustees of the Royal British Legion for supporting the work of the Royal British Legion and it Annual Poppy Appeal.

The Parish Council is proud to have pledged its support to the Armed Forces Covenant, and in doing so has joined 7,000 organisations across the Country that has done so.

A covenant is a written and publicised voluntary pledge from businesses and charitable organisations who wish to demonstrate their concrete support for the armed forces community.
