Supertram currently determine the cost of fares on the tram network and have informed South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) of their decision to apply a price rise to their range of products from Wednesday 1 November 2023.
What are the price changes?
From Wednesday 1 November, Supertram are applying a price rise to a range of their products with some products, with some products increasing by circa 8%.
How are these changes being communicated to customers?
The new prices will be introduced from Wednesday 1 November and Supertram are informing customers of the price changes and available methods of purchase via their website at http://stagecoachbus.com/…/fare-changes-from-wednesday….
Supertram are also publishing posts online via X (Twitter) to advise customers of the change in pricing as well as promoting the changes via posters on their tram stops.
They are also providing information to passengers via our Travel South Yorkshire channels, where they bring together information from all of the bus, tram and train operators.
