Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays
9.30am until 11.30am
Mondays Cafe: includes a Chairobics session
Tuesdays Cafe:  includes a breathing exercise class
Fridays Cafe: includes a mix of activities such as lives singers, speakers, bingo

All the cafes offer fantastic peer support for both people living with dementia and their loved ones. We are open to new members and everyone who joins us will be made to feel very welcome.

Dementia Friends Information Sessions

Dementia Friends Information Sessions free for all of our Parish members

Rosie Strathearn-Brady, our local Dementia Development Worker from Soar is running some Dementia Friends Information Sessions for anyone who’d like to take part. It only takes an hour of your time and it’s a good way to learn a little more about Dementia. The session will be delivered bia a livestream video online, and full instuctions will be given of how to access the session.
