Cheer For Heroes
Join with us, on Sunday 8th November your own street, for the Cheer for Heroes at 11am that day. Due to the Pandemic we cannot mark Remembrance day as we normally would unfortunately.
So rather like the Clap for Carers earlier in the year, simply come out onto your doorstep or street with your neighbours, and…
1. Listen for the Last Post, sounded from Chapeltown Park
2. Keep 1 minute’s silence, then
3. Cheer three times, (‘hip hip, hurray’) or make a loud noise, to give thanks for our heroes.
