Arthritis Action Group Zoom event.
Arthritis Action are hosting a zoom offering an opportunity for people with arthritis to talk with others and share their tips on how to manage their arthritis and stay active whilst at home, and they actively welcome new attendees. They discuss a variety of self-management techniques. Participants will need to contact us directly (see the link below) for the log in instructions for the meeting, and we have produced ‘How To’ guides for those not familiar with using Zoom.
The next meeting is 1st March at 6pm and the topic is, Dealing with Emotions and there is a second date for this March 12th at 2:00pm
